Born in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Thomas builds BA111OD with a clear vision and a desire to explore alternative paths within the watch industry. Rooted in Neuchâtel’s watchmaking culture yet driven by a contemporary mindset, he challenges conventions to create watches with strong identity and intent. Actively involved in every stage of development, from concept to execution, he leads with intuition, precision, and a deep passion for watchmaking and the industry as a whole.

Head of Design

With over 20 years of experience in watch design, Liliane brings both depth and personality to BA111OD’s creations. Known for her contagious good mood and sharp design instincts, she is passionate about volumes, finishes, and the subtle details that make all the difference. Always in search of the right balance between character and elegance, she approaches each project with precision, creativity, and commitment. One distinctive trait: she never sketches. Everything takes shape directly in 3D in her mind, through clear visual flashes, before becoming reality.

Watchmaker and électron libre

A versatile watchmaker with a strongly independent approach, Rebecca embodies the agile spirit of a small team where adaptability truly matters. She has a deep appreciation for precision the kind that leaves no room for chance combined with a natural autonomy in how she works. Curious, hands-on, and unapologetically herself, she brings her expertise to BA111OD with clarity and freedom and when she laughs, you can hear it across the whole atelier.

Watchmaker

With 40 years of experience in watchmaking, Reginald brings calm, precision, and deep technical knowledge to the BA111OD atelier. Methodical and detail-oriented, he ensures each timepiece meets the brand’s exacting standards. Alongside his daughter, he forms one half of a unique watchmaking duo a quiet transmission of know-how, patience, and passion that gives life to every piece.

Customer Relationship Manager

Laura is the direct link between BA111OD and its community. Rigor, energy, and a sharp eye for detail shape her day-to-day work, always driven by one goal: creating genuine moments of emotion and happiness for our clients. Comfortable with a fast-paced workweek, she happily switches gears on the weekend, trading heels for trail shoes to recharge.

Business Development Manager

Shadeh develops BA111OD’s retail network in Switzerland and internationally, while coordinating bespoke projects and special editions. In close contact with partners, she enjoys finding concrete, tailored solutions for each boutique. Naturally curious and attentive to people, markets, and cultures, she works behind the scenes to balance internal and external needs always with the goal of helping the brand shine beyond the atelier.

Head of Marketing

With 15 years of experience in the Swiss watch industry, Laura shapes how BA111OD is seen, felt, and experienced. She brings strategic clarity, creativity, and a strong sense of storytelling to connect products, people, and place into a coherent brand vision. Outside of work, she recharges with her two Akita dogs, a daily reminder to slow down, stay present, and find balance.

Supply Chain Manager

Valentin ensures smooth operations with method and efficiency, always guided by a customer-centric mindset. He enjoys complexity in all its forms from operational challenges to watchmaking "complications". Precise, structured, and proudly a little rigid, he embraces his “Swiss-German” side with humor, especially when everything needs to run like clockwork.

Finance & HR Manager

Luana brings clarity, structure, and reliability to BA111OD’s daily operations. She enjoys turning numbers into meaningful insights and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Precise and methodical by nature, she plays a key role in keeping the brand balanced, focused, and ready to move forward.

Administrative Assistant & Content Creator

Mathilde naturally moves between organization and creativity. She brings structure to the team’s daily operations while adding sensitivity and nuance to the brand’s content. This balance between rigor and imagination is what motivates and inspires her most. Outside of work, she recharges in nature, through sport, and by seeking out new adventures.

As an intern at BA111OD, Maxime quickly became a key support across after-sales service, customer relations, and logistics. Reliable, proactive, and always ready to help, he brings real value to the team’s daily operations. A true perle rare, he combines efficiency with a positive attitude, making him an essential part of the behind-the-scenes flow.
