Returns & exchange

You have the right to return the product within 14 days from receiving the order.

The right applies only in the case that the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as when received. Please contact service@ba111od.com to coordinate the return. The Client pays the return cost.

Please ensure that the product needs to be in its original shape when returning it. If the product is missing anything, BA111OD have the right to demand a cost of CHF 50.-- from you for a non-complete return. If the product has been used, BA111OD have the right to return the product to you.

All approved refunds will get processed within 14 days of arrival to our warehouse. Bear in mind that the bank transfer might take a couple of banking days to be visible in your account.

Please contact our Client Service if you have not received the refund within 20 days.
