Refund policy

Cancellations before shipment

If you change your mind after placing your order and wish to cancel it before shipment, please contact us as soon as possible at service@ba111od.com.

Where permitted by applicable law, BA111OD may deduct the non-refundable payment processing costs incurred in connection with the transaction, 5% of the order value.

This deduction applies only to cancellations requested by the Client due to a change of mind. It does not apply where the cancellation results from a shipping delay, fulfillment issue, inability by BA111OD to deliver the order within the timeframe communicated at purchase, or any other circumstance attributable to BA111OD.

This provision does not affect any statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights available to consumers under applicable law.

Returns & exchanges

You have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please contact service@ba111od.com to coordinate the return before sending the product back.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the Client is responsible for the direct cost of returning the product.

The product should be returned complete, including the watch, accessories, documents and original packaging.

You may inspect and handle the product to the extent reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. If the product has been handled or used beyond what is reasonably necessary and this results in a loss of value, BA111OD reserves the right, where permitted by applicable law, to deduct an amount corresponding to the diminished value from the refund.

If elements supplied with the product are missing or damaged, BA111OD may, where permitted by applicable law, deduct the reasonable cost associated with the incomplete return.

Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 14 days.

Refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method. Please note that, depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several additional banking days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

If you have not received an approved refund within 20 days, please contact our Client Service team at service@ba111od.com.

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights applicable in the Client’s country of residence.
