Once your request has been submitted, you will receive an automatic confirmation by email. Our team will then contact you with the return instructions.

Please note that products made according to your specifications or clearly personalised, including engraved or specially customised watches, may be excluded from the right of withdrawal.

The product must be returned complete, in its original condition, with all accessories, documents, packaging and protective elements. The product should not show signs of wear beyond what is necessary to inspect it.

Refunds are processed after the returned product has been received and checked, in accordance with our Terms & Conditions and applicable consumer law.
