YOUR WATCH MAINTENANCE
The maintenance schedule for your BA111OD watch depends on the model:
- For Chapters 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7 and CHPTR_Δ we recommend maintenance every 3 to 5 years.
- For our. Chapter 4 tourbillons, maintenance is recommended every 5 to 7 years.

Our Customer Service Manager will assess your watch and inform you whether a partial or full service is required. You’ll also receive an estimate for the service before any work begins, ensuring transparency and confidence in the care of your BA111OD timepiece.
PARTIAL SERVICE
This includes a diagnostic to identify any issues, checking the movement parameters and watch functions. Adjustments are made according to the brand's standards, including water-resistance tests, power reserve checks, and an aesthetic inspection. The service also involves cleaning of the watch case and bracelet.
FULL SERVICE
This service offers a comprehensive diagnostic with a complete disassembly of the movement, or a movement exchange. We replace any defective or worn components, thoroughly clean the movement, and then reassemble and lubricate it. Adjustments and settings are done according to the brand's criteria. The service includes reassembling the case with systematic replacement of the O-ring seals, encasing, water-resistance testing, timekeeping adjustments, and a power reserve check along with an aesthetic inspection. All necessary components and small parts are included in this service.
