PURCHASE

You have different ooptions:

  • Buy it directly here, on our e-commerce website
  • Buy it from another client through our community App. Learn more here.
  • Come to our office in the Villa Castellane in Neuchâtel. More information here.

For all online orders, we accept credit cards (Visa, Maestro, American Express) and Apple Pay. In Switzerland, we also accept Twint. On request, we also accept bank transfers if you want to order a Chapter 4 or 5 model.

Shipping/Delivery

BA111OD offers a worldwide free shipping so you will not have additional shipping costs at the checkout.

The delivery is free and carried out by our partner DHL. You will receive notifications from DHL according to the delivery stages. Usually, it will take up to 2-3 business days to receive your watch.

If your country does not appear, please contact us.

Once your watch has been shipped from our headquarters, you will receive all the tracking information from DHL directly on your phone and email. You have the possibility to arrange your delivery date, hour or even address with DHL's On Demand Delivery.

From the moment your watch leaves our headquarters, it is the responsability of DHL to deliver it as soon as possible to your address. However, if your watch is stuck at customs and you have questions to release your shipment, contact service@ba111od.com to get support.

Returns

Yes, you have up to 14 days to return your watch. Please note that the watch must be in its original box with the protective plastics, unworn.

We will refund your purchase once the watch is received at our premises and analyzed by our watchmaker.

You have 2 possibilities:

Bring the watch in person in our after-sales office or send it back to us.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

We offer a 24-months international warranty on all our watches valid from the date of delivery. Please note that this warranty applies to manufacturing defects of the product (movement, case, crystal).

Unfortunately, this can happen. We will surprise you with our speed and efficiency. You can contact the BA111OD team at service@ba111od.com to take care of your request.

Depending on the repair to be done the repair time is about 3 weeks.

For all our models from Chapter 1, 2 and 3, we recommend a maintenance every 3 to 5 years depending on the usage of the watch.

For our tourbillons Chapter 4, we recommend a maintenance every 5 to 10 years depending on the usage of the watch.
